The Soul aspect of Fuel 4 Life is also about lifestyle coaching; it is about your mindset and how it can help or hinder your ability to create and maintain that positive attitude in your life. We want to embrace life, feel safe, make some friends and have some fun.
It’s about loving your body now – not holding out for what you want it to be in the future. It’s about how to feel good about yourself and who you are in the present. It’s about finding happiness in every day, not only imagining how happy you’ll be later.
Being proud of yourself and your accomplishments. And don’t be afraid to put yourself first.
All of this will be achieved through various retreats, outings, gatherings, and workshops. It provides a real sense of community, and a safe environment for participants to be able to share their experiences and open up about life in a group of women who are all here for the same reason.
