Fuel Your Fitness - Program Design
This is for clients who have had previous fitness experience, are self-motivated and are looking to take their fitness to the next level. Meet with one of our Fuel 4 Life Personal Trainers for a 90-minute fitness consultation and training session.
Together we will create a new 4-6 week program reflective of your goals and fitness abilities as well you will be given a walk-through and demonstration of all the exercises in your new program to ensure both proper exercise and technique. There will be ample time for you to show your trainer what you’ve been doing, ask questions and receive feedback and receive a program log sheet, which outlines your new program and exercise, details your required reps/sets/load for each exercise and allows you to track your progress.
