Fuel Your Fitness - New to Fitness
Never worked out before? Have limited experience in the gym? Scared and unsure of all the various equipment scattered throughout the gym? Then this is the program for you.Once a week for 6 weeks or 12 weeks.
We will help you to:
- * Learn how to use the equipment safely
- * Understand proper exercise technique
- * Discover how your muscles respond to each exercise and movement
- * Perform your personal fitness program safely and effectively
You will be:
- * Motivated and encouraged
- * Guided and supported
- * Given feedback throughout each session
- * Confident to work out in the gym, at home, or anywhere else on your own
6 Sessions: $360.00 $60.00 per hour
12 Sessions: $675.00 $56.25 per hour
