Fuel Your Fitness - Jump Start to Fitness
Looking to get back into shape and into a fitness program? This training option is meant for you if you have some previous experience in fitness. You will work with a personal trainer for one hour every other week for a total of four training sessions. The goal of the sessions will be to get you motivated and back on track with a personalized fitness routine.
This program:
- * Refreshes you on proper use of equipment and teaches you new exercise techniques
- * Teaches you methods on how to evolve your program, maintain motivation and avoid plateau
- * Discover how your muscles respond to each exercise and movement
- * Keeps a program log that lists your exercises, details your required reps/sets/load for each exercise, and allows you to track your progress
4 Sessions: $240.00 $60.00 per hour
